We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team in North Ridgeville.
This will be a short term position, covering maternity leave. Start Date of Mid-August working through end of November or early December, exact dates pending.
FULL TIME HOURS: Roughly 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, final working hours can be discussed.
THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION
• Entering Timesheets
• Filing/Scanning
• Taking appointments, answering all incoming phone communication
• Following up on web leads
• Creating accounts for new clients
• Making appointments for sales staff as well as maintaining calendars
• Processing credit card payments-(potentially)
