The Temporary Executive Operations Partner provides critical execution, coordination, and administrative support to the SVP. Acting as an extension of the SVP, this role ensures priorities stay clear, meetings are effective, decisions are documented, and follow-through happens. The role blends administrative excellence with light strategic and project support to keep work moving and nothing slipping through the cracks.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, clarity, and helping leaders and teams operate more effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Meeting, Planning & Follow-Through
Prepare, organize, and maintain meeting agendas aligned to priorities and goals
Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items
Track follow-ups, deadlines, and ownership to completion
Maintain a running log of decisions and commitments
Proactively flag risks, blockers, or stalled work
Support preparation for key internal and external meetings
Execution & Project Coordination
Translate strategic conversations into clear next steps
Track cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams
Coordinate inputs, updates, and materials across stakeholders
Maintain visibility into timelines, dependencies, and progress
Support short-term projects, pilots, or time-bound initiatives
Communication & Alignment
Draft meeting recaps, internal updates, and leadership summaries
Ensure decisions and changes are clearly documented and shared
Prepare briefing documents, talking points, or one-pagers
Act as a routing point for inbound requests to help reduce noise
Support clarity and alignment across teams working with the SVP
Administrative & Support
Keep administrative functions organized and running smoothly
Manage documentation, trackers, and shared resources
Maintain systems and processes that help the SVP stay focused and efficient
Anticipate upcoming deadlines, commitments, and prep needs
Process Improvement & Systems
Standardize meeting formats, agendas, and note-taking practices
Build and maintain templates (agendas, trackers, dashboards)
Keep Notion organized, current, and usable
Identify gaps where work falls through and propose improvements
Document lightweight processes to improve consistency and clarity
Strategic & Ad Hoc Support
Provide input and thought partnership when appropriate
Help frame decisions by summarizing options and tradeoffs
Take on ad hoc tasks in support of SVP goals and priorities
Ideal Profile
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Strong written communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working in Notion and managing multiple workstreams
Proactive, reliable, and able to anticipate needs
Able to operate with discretion and sound judgment
Comfortable supporting both administrative and execution-focused work
