Job Description - Temporary Groundskeeper


Description



Temporary Groundskeeper - We are immediately hiring a groundskeeper to maintain the campus grounds and ensure quality appearance at our North Little Rock, AR location. If your background includes landscaping or lawn maintenance and excellent customer services skills, please apply!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Ensure quality of appearance, upkeep and function of the campus in accordance with company, federal, state, local and environmental regulations.
  • Responsible for the overall ground maintenance and landscaping to include mowing, trimming, mulching, weed eating, clearing etc.
  • Works well with others within the department and company.
  • Occasionally assist with minor janitorial, power washing and building maintenance duties.
  • Assist with planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers and landscaping.
  • Immediately reports any deficiencies discovered with the grounds, buildings and/or equipment to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor.

WORKING CONDITIONS 
Shop environment where continuously exposed to several elements such as, noise, intermittent standing, walking; and occasional pushing, carrying, or lifting.  Also, may have exposure at times to the outside weather elements.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
