OLLY is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, media and advertising expert to help drive disruptive, efficient and effective media campaigns across traditional and digital channels. You will be expected to manage media campaigns, optimize tactics based on meaningful insights, manage advertising agencies and partner/collaborate cross-functionally.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multi-channel media plans with a track record of success delivering against revenue and brand goals. They will have hands-on experience managing paid media for growing and disruptive brands, preferably both at agency and client-side. They will be a strong cross-functional partner, a creative and analytical thinker. The role will report to the Director of Growth Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Campaign Media: Support media agency in strategy & planning, execution, optimization and measurement to drive awareness and HHP across specific tactics of audio, media partnerships and programmatic banners.
Performance Marketing: Drive performance marketing execution to deliver growth of DTC and Ecomm channels with full-funnel mindset, partnering with channel owners on Amazon, Omni, and Olly.com with specific tactics of affiliate marketing, paid search and shoppable media.
Measurement: Partner with Insights team to deliver ongoing clear, insight-driven and actionable reporting that delivers meaningful insights and real-time optimizations
Integration: Represent paid media as subject matter expert and drive integration with cross-functional partners in creative via campaign briefing and ongoing asset optimization and management.
CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED
5-7 years in media strategy and planning with a focus on upper and lower funnel advertising campaigns that deliver measurable revenue
Hands on agency experience planning media for fast-growing brands and/or managing media agencies
Highly collaborative and ability to integrate media efforts with cross-functional teams
Ability to balance disruptive and innovative ideas with practical, proven tactics
Ability to analyze data and elevate key insights to various internal audiences (ranging from creative teams to brand teams)
Ability to be flexible in the face of unexpected strategy shifts
Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable in a data-driven business environment
Proficient in Excel and other MS Office products
THE DETAILS
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - Tuesdays in office / 4 days WFH)
HOURS: 40 hours/week, 12-month temporary position
MANAGER: Growth Marketing Director
The pay range for this position is $55 - $65/hrdependent on experience.
