Temporary IT Analyst

Our client, a PR and consulting firm, is looking for a temp to possible perm IT Analyst! The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to high-quality customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment and a solid work ethic.

This position starts asap and will be an ongoing assignment, with potential for permanent hire if the right fit.

5:30pm

Knowledge/Responsibilities:
Working within a process-mature environment (ITIL Environment)
Use of helpdesk service management systems for logging calls or requests
Cloud and On-Premises system administration such as Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange Center
Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
Knowledge of networking and topologies including WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
Cisco IP Phone and conference phone
Desktop & Mac build re-imaging systems with expertise in laptop in desktop hardware
Supporting HP printers and Canon copiers
Zoom, Polycom Video / Audio conference, and presentation set up for meetings
Experience in MDM platform such as MS Intune
Experience in both cloud and local file systems
Keen understanding of multi-factor authentication
Security awareness and common security threats
Experience with anti-virus and threat protection systems
Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:
3-4 years experience
Prior experience working with Windows and Mac operating systems
Excellent problem solving skills
Expertise in MS Office Suite
Windows 10 and MacOS support experience
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong prioritization and project management skills
