Position Objective

The Leasing Field Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Leasing Team.

Primary responsibilities include conducting showings and maintaining communication with prospects and leasing specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing

• Shows units with a strategy and plan to lease available Nest DC properties quickly.
• Develop familiarity with each listing - details and terms of the lease and the property.
• Completing summaries of showings and sharing with the assigned Leasing Specialist.
• Assists with prospect communications by answering questions and directing them appropriately.
• Familiarity with Washington, DC and what makes each neighborhood unique.

Operational / Company Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer service results (high touch, empathic engagement, results-oriented management) A touch of hospitality!!!
