Job Description - Temporary Marketing Producer, Magic The Gathering
As a Marketing Campaign Producer, you'll be at the heart of our marketing initiatives, helping to bring Wizard of the Coast's ambitious strategies to life. Working from our Renton, WA office, you'll collaborate closely with brand, creative, and channel teams, ensuring that every aspect of our marketing campaigns is delivered flawlessly. Your role will play a key part in maintaining the smooth flow of marketing assets, tracking timelines, and ensuring world-class campaign completion. Track and update campaign timelines, asset trackers, and run-of-show documents, ensuring all teams remain aligned and deliverables are on schedule. Coordinate the intake, routing, and delivery of campaign assets for review and approval across internal collaborators and external partners. Manage the feedback and revision process, ensuring all notes are accurately captured and implemented. Submit campaign materials for partner and licensor approvals, ensuring compliance with brand and legal guidelines. Communicate regularly with internal teams and external vendors to provide status updates and flag potential risks or delays early. Coordinate and maintain shared campaign documentation, ensuring information is accessible and up to date. Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, retail, events, etc.) by coordinating asset delivery and handoffs. Bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and attention to detail to every stage of the campaign process, ensuring world-class execution! We are in search of a candidate who has a proven track record in overseeing marketing campaign development. The successful applicant should possess outstanding organizational skills, a sharp focus on details, and the capability to meet deadlines in a high-energy atmosphere. Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will collaborate with various teams to implement our marketing strategies and deliver exceptional campaign experiences. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, production coordination, or project management (a plus if you have worked in an agency or in-house). Robust organizational and time management abilities, proficient in handling numerous projects concurrently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with workflow and asset management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, or equivalent). A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across creative, brand, and partner teams.
