What You'll Do: 

• Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs and regulatory requirements
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to staff and department managers
• Manage and track employee time-off requests, shift swaps, and call-outs
• Collaborate with department heads to plan staffing for holidays, vacations, and special events
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and staffing patterns

What You'll Need: 

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare setting required
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service with a professional and compassionate demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, residents, and families
