Temporary Seasonal Hourly (Potential for Full-Time)

 Oliver Winery is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to help maintain our beautiful winery grounds. If you enjoy working outdoors and find satisfaction in mowing and landscaping, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Please note: This is a temporary seasonal position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain grounds by mowing, trimming and weed eating.
• Basic equipment maintenance (pre-operation and post-operation).
• Additional duties, as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience driving a Zero-turn mower.
• Experience using a gas-powered weed trimmer.
• High School Diploma.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to be insured on company vehicles.
• Must be on-time to work and reliable.
• Must wear appropriate work attire to include close-toed shoes and provided Oliver Winery logo shirt.
• Must be able to routinely perform physical labor in a variety of outdoor environments.
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 50 pounds.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position may occasionally be exposed to wet or humid conditions, work near moving mechanical parts, outdoor power equipment, chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions. The position is outdoor work which requires attention to detail, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs ,sitting and standing for long periods.
