Position Summary
ProSmile is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to support our growing talent acquisition needs on a part-time, temporary basis. This role will focus on identifying and engaging top talent across clinical and non-clinical roles for high-priority openings. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using various sourcing tools and strategies to build strong pipelines and support other recruiting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with operations to identify critical hiring needs and prioritize sourcing accordingly.
Actively source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, resume databases, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain robust pipelines of talent for current and future hiring needs.
Upload candidate resumes into designated SharePoint folders for Office Managers to access and manage.
Provide weekly updates on sourcing activities, pipeline progress and market insights.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support.
Dental industry experience required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments preferred.
Familiarity with dental, healthcare, or multi-site organizations is a plus.
