Want to do some part-time marketing work for a local tech company that makes the coolest, most innovative products to solve retailers' pain points?
We're Indyme Solutions and we're looking for someone who would like to help coordinate logistics for our upcoming tradeshows. Need something great to fill out your resume? How about a great reference for a future full-time employer? You can get both through this role.
We're looking for someone who has experience overseeing the planning and design elements of tradeshows. You will be the expert doing this project.
We are a fun and creative group who love creating solutions to existing problems in retail stores. this should be a fun assignment!
This is a temporary, part-time role, on-site in our San Diego, CA office 20 to 25 hours a week, Monday through Friday. We're flexible on when you are here; we're here from 6am to 5pm.
We are not looking at any type of relocation or sponsorship for this role.
What You'll Help Us With:
1. Learning about what we do and how our past tradeshows looked and felt
2. Looking through our current tradeshow items and materials to understand what we have available
3. Help decide if any messaging needs to be updated for the next show in June
4. Create booth layouts to present to leadership
5. Create a list of items that will be needed at the next tradeshow
6. Pack the crates and ship them to the tradeshow location
7. Help design tradeshow digital marketing to get retailers to our booth
8. There may be more, but everything will revolve around planning for us to have a successful tradeshow in June
You will not have to attend the tradeshow. Our leadership and sales team will do the set-up
What We Offer to You:
1. Flexible hours Monday through Friday. You can write your own schedule, so this is the perfect part-time gig
2. 20 to 25 hours a week
3. $25 to $30 an hour, DOE
4. This is a temporary job and will last about 4 to 6 weeks, no benefits will be provided
