1st Shift / 7am to 3:30pm / Sunday to Thursday - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands  

About the Role:

As a core member of our distribution team, you will be expected to:

• Work as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy
• Work in our frozen warehouse picking orders!

What We’re Looking For:

• Capable of working as a team in a fast paced environment to meet departmental minimum requirements for units per hour and accuracy
• Tolerance for working in a frozen, -20^oF environment.  Hey, we give you a freezer suit and more frequent breaks!

• Willing to learn and adhere to Department specific Safe Quality Food requirements and Safety Guidelines 
• Flexibility to work daily overtime as needed

Essential Duties:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Ability to work in an extreme cold environment reaching temperatures below -20^oF
• Capable of pushing/pulling up to 2000 lbs. for an extended amount of time (on carts, dollies, pallets) within temperatures of -20^oF
• Must be able to stand and walk for upwards of 12 miles per shift while maintaining footing on icy/slippery floors
• Ability to use proper lifting/bending techniques from ground level to over the head at times 
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Successfully complete OSHA certification for powered industrial vehicles
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Pay

Base Pay Rate:  $20.08/hour
