Prepare, maintain, and process legal filings, court documentation, notices, and attorney submissions while ensuring accurate records within company systems.
Serve as a liaison between attorneys, property management, compliance teams, and tenants regarding legal proceedings and case updates.
Monitor case progress, court dates, and legal outcomes, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking reports.
Document tenant communications, collection efforts, and case activity to support compliance and legal requirements.
Responsible for tenant lease renewals, correspondence, notices, inquiries, and administrative support functions as needed.
Support the overall success of the Tenancy Department by collaborating with coworkers, providing assistance during absences, peak workloads, or operational needs, cross-training as requested, and performing other duties assigned by management to ensure continuous, efficient departmental operations.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in property management with legal matters and tenant relations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with property managers, co-workers, legal counsel, and government agencies.
Experience with legal filings, attending court, tenant interactions, compliance-related communications.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage deadlines, documentation, and multiple priorities.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Professional communication skills (written and verbal).
Salary: $23.00 - $26.00/hr
