Description

The Camelot team is dedicated to customer service and hospitality by providing all clients, tenants and visitors with exceptional overall experience from the moment they enter our client’s building in Plano, TX 75024. 

The Tenant Services Coordinator is instrumental in facilitating smooth operations and enhancing tenant experiences at our prestigious client property. This is an onsite position, with no remote work.  
 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a tenant-facing resource for assistance with building-related amenities and services.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns. 
  • Supports tenant complaints and resolves issues promptly. 
  • Escalates tenant concerns to the client Property Manager and/or Owner as appropriate.
  • Comprehends the lease obligations, building policies, and procedures. Ensure consistency with these factors while offering guidance and support when necessary.
  • Proactively identify building deficiencies and take direct action to address them. 
  • Take ownership of the resolution of tenant-requested building topics, channeling requests to stakeholders and sponsoring progress through execution. 
  • Prepare and share tenant-facing writing materials necessary for the building population to be informed of building-related activities. 
  • Facilitate tenant communication regarding property policies, updates, and changes. 
  • Educate tenants on emergency procedures, providing guidance and support as needed. 
  • Assists in the response to building emergencies to protect tenants and property.

  • Assist with the scheduling, testing, and administration of the building safety programs. 
  • Be proactive and solution-oriented when approaching projects and responsibilities.
  • Prioritize day-to-day tasks to efficiently manage expectations.
  • Special projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Must be flexible and possess a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Customer focus and the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) with the ability to learn programs as needed.
