Job Description - Tennis Coach

Job Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and energetic tennis Coach to join our team! As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a sports or coaching background and we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.

Lead structured practices

Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement

Individualize practices to suit each child’s abilities

Communicate with parents/guardians

Follow all health and safety guidelines

Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team

Qualifications

Previous experience coaching tennis is required

Comfortable with speaking to and educating players and for jr tennis coaches the parents

Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required

Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills

Compensation: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour
