Tennis Director - Wimbledon Tennis & Pickleball ClubWalpole, MA | Full-Time | Year-RoundSalary: $55,000–$75,000/year, based on experience and certifications, plus monthly bonus incentives
Ready to lead a tennis program, not just work in one?
We're looking for a Tennis Director who can set the tone for our entire tennis operation - coaching culture, staff standards, member experience, all of it. This is a leadership role for someone who's done the teaching, done the team-building, and is ready to run the show while still being a strong on-court presence when it counts.
Why This Job
This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. You'll have real input on programming direction, real authority over staff and scheduling, and real support from club leadership to build something great. If you like solving problems, developing people, and being the face of a thriving tennis program, this is your seat.
