Tennis Instuctor

*This position, though a "seasonal" could lead to long term if interested!

*Commission is based on private lessons and instructional "Kids camp" or clinics. 

Job Overview: The Tennis Staff Associate reports to the Head Tennis Professional and supports tennis operations and member relations ensuring the racquet club runs efficiently, effectively and is aligned with the overall mission and vision of the Racquet Club.

Job Qualifications:

• Overall tennis knowledge


• Must have great communication and customer service driven attitude. 

Essential Job Functions:

*Help prep for and work tournaments hosted at BWYCC.

*Help maintain the grounds and shop.

*Participate or run the "Kids Camps" through out the season.

*Be knowledgeable enough to give private lessons.

*Have great communication, patience and willingness to teach and be taught.

Physical Requirements: While performing duties of this job , employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach within hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
