We're looking for a tennis pro who lights up the court - someone who brings energy to every lesson, connects with players of every age and level, and makes our courts the place members can't wait to get back to. Full-time home base or part-time gig that fits your life - we've got a spot for you either way.

If you live and breathe tennis, hold your USPTA or USPTR certification, and know how to turn a nervous beginner into a confident player (or a weekend warrior into a competitive one), let's talk.

What You'll Do

• Coach private and group lessons for juniors and adults at every level


• Lead CMITA/DBH/USTA team practices, adult clinics, and Cardio Tennis


• Run junior development programs, camps, and clinics that keep kids (and parents) coming back


• Track player progress and coach in a way that actually keeps people motivated


• Be a visible, energetic presence in the club - build relationships, promote programs, create buzz


• Help plan and run tournaments, socials, and racquet programs


• Jump into pickleball programming when we need an extra hand

What You Bring

• USPTA or USPTR certification required


• Real coaching experience with teams, clinics, and players of all ages


• The kind of personality that makes members look forward to their lesson


• Strong communication skills with kids and adults alike


• CPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified)


• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
