Terminal Manager

Quality Carriers, Inc. (QC), headquartered in Tampa, FL, is North America's largest bulk liquid chemical carrier. Through a network of more than 100 terminals and facilities, we transport a broad range of chemical products and provide our customers with value-added transportation services.

We are looking for an experienced bulk chemical Terminal Manager to join our team in Bridgeport, NJ.

Essential functions include:

• Supervising daily dispatch functions (i.e. assisting with decision making and driver management)


• Driver recruitment, retention, payroll, correcting settlement issues, maintenance and enforcement of safety compliance


• Monitoring dispatched loads to ensure equipment coverage and availability


• Customer Service in regards to rates, service, and resolution


• Monitoring terminal expenses and revenue

 Minimum Qualifications:

• Business Degree preferred, HS Diploma required


• 5+ years Supervisory experience in a trucking environment


• 
  

  5+ years bulk tank truck experience preferred

  Good communication and customer service skills

  Working knowledge of budgets (P&Ls)

Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
