The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Set the standard for a team of Utility Technicians, Route Technicians & Start Technicians


• Support Branch Manager as a go-to team member to trouble-shoot problems, coordinate schedules and maintain structure


• Act as a liaison between field technicians and Branch Manager


• Help and assist in quality control checks, ride-along evaluations, truck inspections and inventory control.


• Act as a consultant to answer questions and participate in part-time route work, as needed


• May have direct reports and can promote to Branch Manager

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED


• Pest control route experience and licensed by relevant state agencies


• Computers skills, including Google Docs, Office, Email, PC/Mac


• United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States


• Pass background check and drug screen
