We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Termite Department Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with liquid termite treatments and Sentricon® bait station systems, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. This individual will be responsible for overseeing termite service teams, compliance with safety standards, and exceeding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pest control technicians.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pest control regulations and safety standards.
Develop training programs and oversee licensing and certifications for technicians.
Monitor and improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity
Create and manage department budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate technician routes for maximum efficiency.
Respond to escalated customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
Track departmental KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Valid pest control license (e.g., PCO, Applicator License) preferred
3+ years of experience in pest control, with 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, products, and safety practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and departmental goals.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
