What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

As a Termite/Outside Sales Representative, every day brings something new.

• Drive your company-provided vehicle to meet new and existing customers.


• Conduct inspections to identify pest or structural concerns (yes, sometimes that means thinking like a rodent or termite).


• Present your findings and craft personalized service plans that truly fit each customer’s needs.


• Create new business opportunities — introduce our services to residential and commercial clients.

 What You’ll Bring:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean DMV record (no hands-free violations).


• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and Live Scan fingerprint.


• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.


• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform inspections safely.


• Crawl in confined spaces (attic & subareas).

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow your customer pipeline.


• Perform inspections and recommend tailored pest and termite control plans.


• Follow up with customers and maintain open communication with office and management staff.


• Promote Big Time Pest Control through community engagement and “cloverleafing” outreach.


• Deliver exceptional service — every time.

What It Takes to Rock This Role:

This isn’t your average desk job — our Inspectors are out in the field making things happen! You’ll get your steps in, explore new places every day, and stay active while helping protect homes and families.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Crawl, climb, and explore – You’ll move through attics, crawlspaces, and everything in between to find where pests like to hide.


• Stay on the move – You’ll walk, climb stairs, and travel from site to site throughout the day.


• Use your hands and brain – You’ll handle tools, inspect problem areas, and write up findings with precision and care.


• Lift with confidence – Occasionally lift and carry up to 25–50 lbs while performing inspections or handling equipment.


• Be adaptable – Bend, reach, stoop, and stretch to get the job done safely and effectively.


• Communicate and connect – You’ll spend your day talking with customers, teammates, and support staff.


• Drive and thrive – You’ll be behind the wheel often, traveling between customer appointments and creating new opportunities.
