Position Overview
Territory Associate is an independent contractor role focused on route management and logistics operations. This position serves as the foundation of our field operations team and offers excellent growth potential for the right candidate.
Key Details:
- Daily Stops: 7-10 stops per day.
- Primary Focus: Independent route management and bin servicing.
- Service Area: Distribution centers, and logistics facilities across NYC and NJ.
- Growth Opportunity: Promotion to Territory Manager after 4-6 weeks of proven performance.
What You'll Do
Daily Operations:
- Execute scheduled stops at distribution centers and logistics facilities.
- Serve as the onsite ambassador, retrieving and delivering items from designated facilities while building relationships with site partners and reporting key observations.
- Maintain accurate records of completed stops, bin counts/items retrieved and items delivered.
- Communicate route status and any issues to dispatch.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned routes.
- Follow established safety procedures and company guidelines.
Professional Development:
- Learn logistics industry best practices and operational procedures.
- Develop expertise in route optimization and time management.
- Prepare for potential advancement to Territory Manager role.
Compensation Structure
Our straightforward pay model rewards completed work, not time spent. Compensation is based on the number of bins at each stop:
Simple per-stop pay based on bin count:
- Under 15 bins: $25 per stop
- 15+ bins: $40 per stop
Earning Potential:
- Daily Range: $220-$300+
- Weekly Range: $1,100-$1,300+
- Annual Potential: $57,000-$67,000+
Weekly payments based on verified stop completion
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Personal vehicle suitable for logistics work (midsize car, minivan, SUV, or trailer-equipped vehicle).
- Cart to service facilities.
- Strong interest in logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work independently and maintain consistent schedules.
- Physical capability to handle bin servicing requirements.
- Reliable communication skills and smartphone for route coordination.
- Available Monday through Friday.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or distribution centers.
- Customer service experience in professional settings.
Vehicle Requirements:
- Must accommodate logistics equipment and supplies.
- Current insurance coverage and registration.
- Reliable for daily operations across NYC and New Jersey territories.
- Suitable for loading/unloading logistics equipment.
Work Schedule & Environment
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, manage your own daily timeline.
- Flexibility: Start times and route order within operational requirements.
- Consistency: Regular routes with established customer relationships.

- Service Territory: NYC boroughs and northern/southern New Jersey.
