Territory Biological Ag Sales

This position is with a company that is growing rapidly, and their products have been very successful. 

They want to split a territory and are looking to hire someone to cover Southern Illinois South of Springfield, IL.  The biologicals, micronutrients, and adjuvants have a consistent ROI for the growers which has led to such fast growth of the company.  The compensation plan allows for great earning potential for whomever lands this position.

 Salary: $60,000.00 + $60,000 - $75,000 Commission

Qualifications:

·  Two or four year degree in Agronomy, Ag Economics, Ag Business, Ag Education, Ag Engineering, Soil or Weed Science.

·  One to three years additional Agronomy/seed experience

·  Extensive knowledge of agronomy.

·  Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities to provide cost effective services for cooperative patrons.

·  Ability to work extended hours in-season.

·  Good mathematical aptitude.

·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

·  CCA Certification or willingness to obtain

·  Minimum five years' experience in agri-business.
