Job Description - Territory Manager

Job Description

We're expanding our presence in the Raleigh-Durham market and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Territory Manager who is excited about the opportunity to grow a territory, influence customers, and play a key role in our continued success.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. This is a high-visibility position for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and turning opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.

What You'll Do

Build and grow relationships with HVAC contractors, sheet metal fabricators, and mechanical professionals throughout the Raleigh-Durham market

Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships

Become a trusted advisor by helping customers solve problems and grow their businesses

Spend your time where it matters most—in front of customers

Conduct daily customer visits and maintain a strong presence in the market

Identify competitive opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers

Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Stay informed on industry trends, products, and market developments

Drive profitable growth while creating lasting customer loyalty

Qualifications

2+ years of outside B2B sales experience

HVAC, construction, industrial, building products, or related industry experience preferred

Proven track record of developing customer relationships and growing sales

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
