In this role, the Territory Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers and will be focusing on relationship building, client retention, and upsell conversations with current clients. Specific responsibilities include leading the account management team to attain product goals, hiring and onboarding new team members, coaching individual team members to drive growth and development, and travel to visit clients and attend company events. The qualified candidate will have 4+ years of experience leading successful sales or account management teams, possesses executive level communication and presentation skills, experience managing a portfolio of growing accounts, and has a high level of energy, effective time management skills, and a sense of urgency.
