Territory Manager (Medical Device / Surgical) - Chicago, IL 

Position Summary

Our client, a market leading medical device company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager for their Field-Based Sales team located in Chciago, IL. This position will focus on driving sales and supporting innovative technologies used in the Operating Room / acute care hospitals within the designated territory.   The territory covers part of downtown Chicago and extends north, up to southern Wisconsin (Kenosha).   Candidates will ideally live in downtown / north side of Chicago,  or near north suburbs of Chicago. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers in the region.


• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers, highlighting the benefits and clinical value of the company's solutions.


• Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies to keep competitive and meet performance metrics.

• Bachelor’s Degree & clean Motor Vehicle Record (past 3 years) 


• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in B2B or the healthcare industry.


• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships effectively.


• Live within (or very near) the assigned territory geography

• Annual salary:  $83,000  with uncapped commission. $193,000 at plan.
