Job Description - Territory Manager -Dental Implants & Restorative Solutions

WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?



  • Take full ownership of a high-potential territory across North Houston.

  • Drive aggressive revenue growth by winning new accounts and expanding existing business.

  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities within general dentists, specialists, and surgical practices.

  • Present and position a premium implant portfolio against established competitors.

  • Build a disciplined pipeline and manage it with precision, no gaps, no surprises.

  • Execute a structured territory plan focused on market share capture.

  • Stay active in the field by prospecting, closing, and building relationships daily.

  • Represent the organization at industry events, study clubs, and clinical programs.


Requirements



WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?



Education & Training



  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (Business, Science, Engineering, or related field), but your past sales success in competitive markets will be valued.



Work Experience & Accomplishments



  • 3+ years of B2B or medical/dental sales experience.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and ranking near the top.

  • Experience managing a defined territory with measurable growth results.



​Skills & Competencies



  • Strong negotiation skills are required to win in competitive situations.

  • Structured territory planning with disciplined execution habits.

  • Confident presenter in front of clinicians and decision-makers.

  • Self-starter who operates without needing direction.

  • Highly active, focused on closing business.

  • An analytical mindset that understands numbers, pipeline, and performance.
