Territory Manager El Paso/Albuquerque

We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify a Territory Manager with a Albuquerque/El Paso geography responsible for developing new business and driving revenue within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role for a true hunter who enjoys prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing new business.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new healthcare accounts


• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline


• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close


• Develop relationships with key decision-makers


• Partner with the Account Manager to support continued territory growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required


• 2+ years of successful healthcare sales experience preferred


• Proven success in new business development and territory growth


• Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills


• Must reside within the territory

Compensation:

$65K–$85K base + $10K sign-on bonus + uncapped commission
