Job Description - Territory Sales Consultant

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in a designated territory. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and promoting our services to meet their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the designated territory

- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Understand clients' staffing needs and provide them with tailored solutions

- Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and match top candidates to client needs

- Negotiate and close deals with clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively promote our services

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed
