Territory Sales Consultant - Start Immediately

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services directly to residential customers within designated territories.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers.
2. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate how our products or services can meet those needs.
3. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.
4. Persuasively overcome objections and close sales transactions.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
7. Continuously prospect for new leads and opportunities within assigned territories.
8. Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a dynamic environment.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
5. Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
6. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
