Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the agricultural industry, particularly in seed, fertilizer, or chemical sales
• Strong book of business preferred, but exceptional candidates without one will be considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Self-motivated with a passion for agriculture
