Position Overview: As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated geographic area. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with commercial customers, promoting electricity services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Territory Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively cover the assigned territory, identifying key accounts and prospects for sales opportunities. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored electricity solutions. 3. Sales Generation: Drive sales growth by actively prospecting for new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure new accounts. 4. Product Promotion: Educate customers on the benefits of our service, demonstrating how they can meet their energy needs efficiently and cost-effectively. 5. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify areas for growth and competitive positioning. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences. 7. Goal Attainment: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management, continuously monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the electricity sector. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
