The Opportunity

As our Southeast Territory Sales Manager, you'll own the wholesale growth of Wild Tribute across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. From the scenic overlooks of Shenandoah and the winding Blue Ridge Parkway to the windswept dunes of the Outer Banks, from the ancient forests of Congaree to the wild beaches of Cumberland Island, all the way down the sugar sand shores of Gulf Shores to the Everglades and the Florida Keys, this territory is packed with parks, resorts, and outdoor destinations ready for a brand with a mission. You'll open new doors, strengthen existing partnerships, and bring our story to life at trade shows. What You'll Do

• Scout your territory. Research and pursue new wholesale accounts across gift and souvenir shops, resorts, and outdoor retailers.
• Map out your wins. Build smart, efficient sales plans that turn opportunities into signed deals.
• Grow lasting partnerships. Serve as the go to contact for your accounts, helping them grow, thrive, and stay with us for the long haul.
• Own the trade show floor. Represent Wild Tribute at company trade shows and independently run the booth at regional shows.
• Stay organized and data savvy. Track activity, opportunities, and account details in HubSpot, Badger, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Shape the product. Partner with our in house designers to create on trend, locally inspired graphics for namedrop and custom programs.
• Deliver standout service. Respond quickly to client needs, including occasional evenings and weekends when your customers need you.
• Keep accounts healthy. Handle overdue invoices with professionalism and tact, protecting both the relationship and the business.
• Hit the road. Travel throughout the territory and to trade shows, approximately 50% of the time to start.

Physical Requirements

• Extensive regional travel by car and air, including long stretches of driving
• Setting up, breaking down, and staffing trade show booths
• Extended use of a computer and mobile device for CRM updates, order entry, and client communication while on the go
• Lifting and carrying product samples and trade show materials up to approximately 25 to 35 lbs.

Travel

This is a field based role with approximately 50% travel to start. You'll spend time visiting clients across the Southeast territory and attending company trade shows, including regional shows you'll work on your own.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, or client relationship management)
• Must reside within the assigned territory and hold a valid driver's license for regular territory travel
• Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools (e.g., Badger, Microsoft Office, HubSpot)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and mature demeanor
• Self starter who can take initiative and manage a territory with minimal direct oversight
• Ability to travel throughout the territory and to trade shows, approximately 50% of the time initially
• Availability to address client needs outside standard business hours, including some weekend work
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant sales experience may substitute for a degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in the outdoor industry, resort apparel industry, or related categories
• Proven track record of developing new wholesale accounts and managing a book of business
• Seasoned negotiation skills and familiarity with wholesale program structures
• Genuine interest in and love for parks, forests, oceans, and public lands
