The role of a Territory Sales Manager is to establish, maintain and increase market share and profitability in a geographic area. This role is accomplished by the cultivation and development of solid relationships with existing and potential customers. These relationships are based on integrity, trust, product knowledge, industry knowledge, and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform daily sales calls with existing and potential future customers by traveling to the customers facilities.
• Preform sales presentations at the customer's facility on products, samples, displays and the company's corporate vision.
• Must have a deep understanding of vinyl flooring, wood flooring and laminate flooring.
• Must be able to carry samples into retail dealers' facility weighing up to 50lbs.
• Must sell and assemble display racks weighing 50lbs or more.
• Prepare weekly reports of business history and transactions.
• Prepare analysis of territory, sales information, product needs, competitor products and price points and overall competitive market conditions.
• Analyze sales data from corporate computer reports specific to their territory.
• Control travel and entertainment expenditures within their territory.

Requirements:
• A High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous sales experience required.
• The candidate must have the ability to use a laptop computer/tablet and the basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows software, specifically MS Office.
• Territory Managers must travel in a vehicle that can carry a vast array of product material and product sample boards.
• The ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
