Job Description - Territory Sales Representative

Company Overview:

Virtualmeans is a leading recruiting staffing agency associates. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced sales person to fill our Territory Sales Rep ., vacancy position in the Dallas, TX area.

Job Summary:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales within your assigned territory and achieving revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential & existing customers, develop sales strategies, and close deals within our outdoors equipment industry. This is a temporary position, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

- Identify potential & exisiting customers and accept generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and referrals that's provided by our marketing team.

- Run scheduled appointments on a daily base for product presentations.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.

- Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring revenue targets are met.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the sales management team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

- Must have a USA phone number, and working email address.

- Must have valid drivers license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.

- Background checks may be considered.

- Willingness to travel within the Dallas, TX or surrounding zipcode areas to meet with customers to close requested deals.
