Our client is seeking driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Representatives to help fuel their rapid expansion across the wellness and alternative CPG industries. This opportunity is designed for ambitious, self-motivated individuals who thrive in performance-based environments and want to build substantial long-term recurring income within a high-growth category.
This position offers full-time or part-time flexibility with autonomous scheduling. Ideal candidates are individuals already actively selling products to retailers within their local territories. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will represent a trusted wellness brand with strong customer loyalty, creating significant earning potential through recurring account business.
Account Development: Prospect, pitch, and open new retail and wholesale accounts within your designated territory.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with retailers, smoke/vape shops, and regional distribution networks.
Product Education: Educate store owners and buyers on our client's product catalog, formulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
Territory Strategy: Identify key growth opportunities, route optimizations, and new market expansion targets.
Account Retention & Follow-Up: Maintain rigorous follow-up practices to drive recurring re-orders and build long-term account value.
Brand Representation: Act as a professional, knowledgeable ambassador for our client in the field and at regional industry events.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and disciplined route approach.
Competitive, coachable, and results-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage territory growth effectively.
Demonstrated passion for sales, wellness, and business development.
Prior sales experience in adjacent fields (cannabis, kratom, vape, functional CPG) is preferred, but motivated individuals with strong sales drive will also be considered.
