Job Description - Territory Sales Specialist - 13 A

Position: Territory Sales Specialist – Cardiovascular Medical Device Sales
Location: Connecticut

  • Drive Territory Growth: Own your territory by achieving sales goals, increasing market share, and introducing innovative cardiovascular solutions to healthcare providers.

  • Cultivate Key Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with cardiologists, clinicians, and key decision-makers across hospitals and clinics.

  • Strategize for Success: Analyze territory data and leverage market insights to craft tailored sales plans that deliver results.

  • Maximize Technology: Use CRM platforms to manage pipelines, track performance, and improve customer engagement.

  • Collaborate to Win: Partner with cross-functional teams—including clinical, marketing, and operations—to deliver a seamless customer experience and capitalize on new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1–3 years of successful experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory

  • Based in the territory or open to relocation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience calling on cardiologists or selling into cardiovascular specialties

  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and hospital dynamics
