Job Title: Territory Trade Marketing - Home & Personal Care Category

Our client, a leading company in the Home & Personal Care (HPC) industry, is seeking to recruit experienced Territory Trade Marketing professionals to drive sales growth, market share, distributor performance, and retail execution across Nairobi, Nyeri, Meru, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and Mombasa.
The ideal candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Field Sales within the HPC industry, with strong expertise in distributor management, trade activations, merchandising, route-to-market strategies, and territory execution.
Mandatory: Experience in HPC categories such as Personal Care, Home Care, Hygiene, Beauty Care, Tissue, Detergents, Skin Care, Hair Care, or Oral Care. Candidates from Beverages, Edible Oils, or predominantly Food categories will not be considered.

Candidate Profile Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
• A professional qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum 4–6 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Field Sales within the Home & Personal Care (HPC) industry.
• Proven experience managing distributors, trade activations, visibility programs, merchandising, and market execution initiatives.
• Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies, retail execution, and territory management.
• Demonstrated experience in driving sell-out, market share growth, and execution excellence.
Industry Background (Mandatory):
• Candidates must have experience in Home & Personal Care categories such as Personal Care, Home Care, Hygiene, Beauty Care, Tissue, Detergents, Skin Care, Hair Care, Oral Care, or related HPC products.
Competencies:
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive execution across assigned territories.
• Strong stakeholder management and distributor relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
