Responsibilities

• Support operational functions in accordance with managerial directives.
• Assist in the execution of community events and resident activities.

• Help identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all aspects of the role.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
