Test and Repair Supervisor

Description

Provides scheduling, management and test & repair services for the test and inspection department for electrical products manufactured and/or shipped to customers. Provides test & repair services for the in-house repair shop that includes all returns, RMAs and other equipment repairs as assigned by the Service Manager. Provides training to direct staff as well as the service provider network on a routine basis. Some travel may also be required for training or on an as needed basis to assist Field Service Technicians.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or business and 5 years of experience in electrical/electronic industry or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with computer applications (ERP systems, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
