Job Description - Test BT

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and feedback sessions with families
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies in accordance with treatment plans
  • Document client progress and behaviors accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with team members to refine and adapt treatment approaches
  • Engage families in the therapy process and provide training as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to client management and documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Previous experience working with children with autism or related disorders
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build rapport with children and families
  • Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the BACB Ethics Code
  • Willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
