Test Engineer

Responsible for the development, debug and maintenance of test programs that help deliver Micron's world-class HBM DRAM portfolio to market. Focus on the health and quality of the memory cells or high-speed interface and system level application testing. Develop, debug and support test programs from new product introduction phase up through high volume manufacturing. Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python. Contribute input and feedback to define next generation’s design for test capabilities. Analyze device and test flow data to make informed test coverage decisions. Balance test time objectives while maintaining optimal yield and quality. Collaborate with partners in Design and Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Global Quality, Systems Integration Group, and Equipment Engineering teams to deliver the right test solution.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field. Position requires education or experience in:

1. Electrical Engineering analog circuit analysis;

2. Basic R/L/C circuit knowledge;

3. Digital systems and logic gate representation;

4. CMOS transistor operation;

5. Electrical Engineering device knowledge and digital circuits analysis;

6. Advanced skills in C++ and Python;

7. Hardware/Software production test flow debugging analysis skills;

8. Statistics and data analytics experience, including Probability and Statistics or Data Analytics coursework or similar relevant skills/experience;

9. Working in Unix/Linux environment.
