Test Engineer

Adecco Search has partnered with a global manufacturing leader to recruit and hire a Test Engineer for their facility located an hour north of Oklahoma City, OK!

Key Responsibilities:
Designing and executing test programs to verify product specifications and validate reliability.

Developing test methods, fixtures, and equipment to support testing activities.

Collaborating with product development teams to provide test support throughout the design process.

Preparing and maintaining test procedures, forms, and records to ensure accurate documentation of test results.

Developing test equipment for both laboratory and field use.

Coordinating activities with test technicians and providing technical direction as needed.

Generating test reports to communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Ensuring adherence to standards of quality, and safety in all testing processes.

Traveling to job sites and test fields for equipment testing and inspections.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Test, Design, Product Development, R&D or similar Engineering role

Strong background in mechanical and electromechanical systems.

Ability to travel to customer job sites and local test fields, including inspection of equipment in various conditions.

Salary in the $100k-120k range + bonus

$100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
