Establish a team strategy that supports the management of the test equipment on the site Define, recruit and retain the talent needed to guarantee the performance expected from the team Coordinate with the Lead, required training and project needs Priority of tasks definition to the team, workload assignation Lead test development and test execution for new product introductions and support development team through project lifecycle Defining test plans and procedures Defining project schedule details and milestones related to test Leveraging DFSS tools/knowledge in development and execution of test plans Support KPI and test documentation reporting, practices and toolsets Lead root cause analysis for test equipment failures and support root cause preventative actions Oversee Electrical Safety Program on the site Experience in product testing, automated test development, Design of Experiments specifically with high power equipment at <600Vac. Experience in various Test Program coding software tools (labView, VB6, VN.net) etc Experience with related to industrial applications such as motor protection, motor control, industrial communications protocols, and power systems. BS in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution Minimum of three (3) years of engineering test experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing technical teams Experience working in a power electronics lab or manufacturing environment in building, developing, and testing products.
