Test Proctor- In Person

The Exam Proctor ensures the secure, fair, and consistent administration of the Minnesota Master Teacher Paraeducator Exam. Responsibilities include candidate check-in, active monitoring during the exam, and strict adherence to all testing protocols.

• Prepare the testing room and materials per exam guidelines
• Verify candidate identification and manage check-in
• Read scripted instructions and enforce time limits
• Monitor examinees to ensure compliance with testing rules
• Report any irregularities or misconduct
• Collect and secure test materials after the exam

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
• Professional, calm demeanor and clear communication
• Basic computer skills
• Must complete training and maintain confidentiality
• Cannot be related to or personally acquainted with examinees

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs

• $22.00/hour flat rate
• Role will be as needed and may include Nights and Weekends
