The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n\n$48,500.00 - $72,700.00\n\nWork Shift: This position will support A shift which is every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6am - 6pm and every other Wednesday 6am - 6pm\n\nPurpose Statement: To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus\u0027s commitment to quality.\n\nKey Job Accountabilities:\n\n * Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer\u0027s requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty (in-discipline) and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.\n * Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.\n * Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements \u0026 Specifications / cross discipline OR supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.\n * Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus\u0027 Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.\n * Comprehensive Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.\n\n\n\nEducation/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * Associate\u2019s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred.
