Job Description - Testing & Evaluation Specialist (TS/SCI Clearance)

This position is part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience.

Position Title: Testing & Evaluation Specialist
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Testing & Evaluation Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of developmental and operational testing for software and hardware systems. This role ensures data-driven assessments to support system readiness and acquisition decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop test plans, procedures, and reports in support of system testing.
Coordinate test events with internal teams and external test organizations (e.g., ATEC).
Support execution of developmental testing and operational assessments.
Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to evaluate system performance.
Ensure test documentation aligns with TEMP and DoD requirements.
Participate in Test Readiness Reviews and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical discipline.
5–7 years of experience in test planning and execution for defense systems.
Familiarity with DoD test and evaluation frameworks (e.g., JCIDS, TEMP).
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
