YOUR NEXT ROLE

As our Test Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring linguistic quality across global products and platforms. You’ll coordinate linguistic testing activities, support execution, and keep teams aligned and on track. Working closely with linguists, project teams, and clients, you’ll help transform testing feedback into clear, actionable insights that drive quality outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate and track linguistic testing activities across multiple projects


• Support the execution of linguistic testing workflows, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards


• Review, consolidate, and validate feedback from linguists


• Log linguistic issues as clear, accurate bug reports and support bug regression testing


• Prepare structured summaries of testing results and findings for internal teams and clients


• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Technical Services, Project Management, and other departments


• Contribute to client communication related to linguistic testing outcomes and follow‑up actions


• Continuously learn client products and terminology to ensure accurate and relevant reporting

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

• Have 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project support, ideally in testing, localization, or language services


• Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.


• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal


• Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment


• Enjoy collaborating with diverse, global teams including linguists and project stakeholders


• Are proficient with common project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Teams)


• Are proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
