You have participated in the Gear Up Sports 401(k) Plan.  Enclosed is a copy of your most recent quarterly statement.  You can continue to manage your 401(k) account investments via The Standard participant portal at www.standard.com/retirement.   Your quarterly statements can be viewed and downloaded from there.  You can request a distribution of your 401(k) plan balance at any time following your separation from employment online at www.standard.com/retirement.  You may also request assistance with this process by calling The Standard at 1.800.858.5420.  Enclosed is a flyer with information about 401(k) rollover or distribution options.
